Join UsEmbroidery usually takes longer than anything else to make. If you order multiple items, including an embroidered hat, you may receive multiple different packages - usually receiving the hat last. This is normal! It will just take another few days depending on the current order times.
Please please please triple check your shipping address. For returned packages, I will contact the email on file about re-shipment. This is time consuming for the both of us. Please triple check your address.

We do accept returns on apparel up to 7 days from the time it is delivered to your shipping address. The item must be unused/unworn. Return shipping will be at your expense. Since our apparel process is printed on demand, we can not offer exchanges and you will have to submit another order to be re-printed, packed and shipped. Use the Orders Contact Form and we will try to make things right.
