These are the six major areas that I use as a preflight checklist when it comes to flying. And it all isn't about safety either (although that is very important!!). It's also about not forgetting memory cards, not thinking about the flight conditions or forgetting to check the firmware before flying.
Small things like this are hard to remember off the top of your head, so having a nice repeatable process makes things easier on you. It makes my life easier! Standard operating procedures are a great thing for any drone pilot to be familiar with and incorporating this preflight checklist for the Mavic Mini is a great addition to any standard operating procedure.
It's easy to forget that we still need these preflight checklists for the Mavic Mini because it's such a fun and small drone. Most people don't think you need these, but you most definitely do - for all aircraft. Big and small.
